Risk Management
As both insured and insurer, Wren Members have an interest in maintaining high professional standards in the conduct of their business. The Wren risk management programme encourages Members to adopt a management culture that embraces systems and procedures that control the level of risk faced by their businesses.
The Wren risk management team is experienced in the implementation of sound management procedures in architectural practice. Through their review programme, potential risk areas are identified with the Members and measures are recommended for their control.
Members have access to general risk management guidance about aspects of running a practice, managing appointments and project information in the Members’ area of this website. Project-specific guidance and liability advice is available to Members on request. A programme of presentations and risk management workshops is also available to all Members’ staff.
